1. About StrengthsWire

StrengthsWire is a strengths-based learning and coaching platform. We offer self-paced online courses, expert coaching sessions, and community resources designed to help you discover what gives you energy and build your life around it.

Our services include:

• Courses. Structured, self-paced digital courses delivered through our app.
• Coaching. One-on-one coaching sessions with qualified strengths coaches.
• Community. Access to community features and resources as they become available on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

To access course content and coaching services, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current information when you register
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

4. Courses and Digital Content

Access

When you purchase a course, you receive personal, non-transferable access to that course content through the Platform for as long as your account remains active and in good standing.

Free Trial Content

Week 1 of our courses is available free of charge. No payment details are required to access free trial content.

Goals and reflections

Goals and reflections you complete in the app may be shared with your assigned StrengthsWire coach so they can prepare for and deliver your sessions. We may also use this content in aggregated, de-identified form to produce insights in the product (for example, “50% of people are satisfied with their values”). We do not publish your individual responses, and we do not share this content with other users or with third parties except as needed to operate the Platform (see our Privacy Policy).

Content Updates

We may update course content from time to time to keep it current and improve the learning experience. We will aim to preserve the substance of the content you purchased.

5. Coaching Services

Booking and Delivery

Coaching sessions are delivered online via video call. Specific booking and scheduling details will be provided at the time of purchase.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited.

Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a professional development service. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. Our coaches are qualified strengths coaches, and our coaching supports personal and professional growth. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified health professional or call Lifeline on 13 11 14.

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Current pricing is displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. StrengthsWire does not store your credit card or payment details directly. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Changes to Pricing

We may update our pricing from time to time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

7. Refunds

Course Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 50% of the course content. Refund requests can be made by contacting us at hello@strengthswire.com.

Coaching Refunds

Coaching session fees are refundable if cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice. Fees for sessions that have already been delivered are not refundable.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute course content or materials
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Platform
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content through any community features

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including course materials, text, graphics, illustrations, brand elements, the star framework, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by StrengthsWire or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights to our content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at strengthswire.com/privacy. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

11. Disclaimers

General

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep everything accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Results

StrengthsWire provides educational content and coaching services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from completing our courses or coaching sessions. Results depend on many factors, including your individual effort, circumstances, and application of the material.

Third-Party Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• StrengthsWire's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees or rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StrengthsWire, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

14. Termination

By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@strengthswire.com. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund for any purchases already made, except as outlined in Section 7.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StrengthsWire regarding your use of the Platform.
